These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity ("you") and Cemmey Enterprises ("we," "us," or "our"), concerning your access to and use of the TravelBrisk travel technology platform and services.
By accessing or using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all of these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with all of these Terms and Conditions, then you are expressly prohibited from using the services and you must discontinue use immediately.
Unless otherwise indicated, the TravelBrisk platform and all source code, databases, functionality, software, website designs, audio, video, text, photographs, and graphics (collectively, the "Content") are owned or licensed by Cemmey Enterprises and are protected by copyright and trademark laws.
You are granted a limited license to access and use the services for your business purposes. No part of the services may be copied, reproduced, aggregated, republished, uploaded, posted, publicly displayed, encoded, translated, transmitted, distributed, sold, licensed, or otherwise exploited for any commercial purpose whatsoever without our express prior written permission.

Seamless connections with travel suppliers worldwide
Secure payment and invoicing systems
Access to certain features of the services may require payment of fees. All fees are in the currency specified at the time of purchase and are exclusive of all taxes, levies, or duties imposed by taxing authorities.
Payable in advance for platform access
Deducted from bookings processed
May result in service suspension
All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS-IS" AND "AS-AVAILABLE" BASIS. YOU AGREE THAT YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES WILL BE AT YOUR SOLE RISK. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.
